Faith Journey of Pastor Sreeju RS
Born into a devout Hindu family deeply connected with the RSS movement in the 1980s, Rev. Sreeju R.S grew up immersed in its discipline, cultural pride, and ideology. As a child, he actively participated in shakhas, rituals, and training that shaped his early sense of duty and belonging.
Through his teenage years and into early adulthood, his commitment to RSS ideals only deepened, even as quiet questions about life’s true meaning began to stir within him. By the mid-2000s, despite outward success and recognition, an inner emptiness and restlessness took hold, leading him to seek answers beyond ideology.
Through encounters with Christian friends and exposure to the message of Jesus Christ, he began to experience a spiritual awakening that culminated around 2010 in a profound personal encounter with God. Embracing Christ brought him peace, forgiveness, and a sense of purpose he had never known before. His conversion brought intense opposition from family and community, yet his steadfast faith and transformed life spoke louder than words.

The Life Journey of Rev. Shiju R.S
Born into a devout Hindu family deeply rooted in RSS traditions, Rev. Shiju R.S grew up surrounded by discipline, devotion, and national pride. From a young age, his life revolved around shakhas, prayers, and cultural training that shaped his early identity and dreams of becoming a regional RSS leader.
As he entered his youth, his commitment to ideology deepened, bringing recognition and leadership — yet deep inside, he felt a growing emptiness and a longing for truth that rituals could not satisfy. Between 2005 and 2008, personal crises and inner restlessness led him to encounter believers who spoke to him about Jesus Christ.
Though initially resistant, the love and peace he witnessed stirred his heart, leading him to secretly read the Bible. In 2010, after a profound encounter with God’s presence, he surrendered his life to Jesus — not as a change of religion, but as a new birth into a living relationship with God. The peace, forgiveness, and love he found replaced the pride and confusion of his past.
His conversion brought strong opposition from family and community, yet his unshaken faith and transformed life testified to God’s power. Over time, those who once accused him began to see genuine peace in his life.
Since 2015, Rev. Shiju has devoted his life to ministry, sharing his testimony across churches and gatherings, especially to young people searching for purpose beyond ideology. Together with his wife Pastor Raji Shiju and their children — Faith Shiju, Natanya Hope Shiju, and Ben Shalom Shiju — he continues to proclaim that Jesus Christ alone brings true freedom, peace, and transformation to the heart.
